FNM Women’s Research Center (WRC)

Women’s Research Center (WRC) was established at Islamic Azad University (IAU) in 2007 in order to develop female faculty members’ research activities, to promote their interest and contribution to research studies, and to employ their academic capacities at IAU. Accordingly, FNM Women’s Research Center aims to fulfill the above-mentioned objectives through encouraging cooperation among female faculty members of IAU. FNM Academic Association for Nursing and Midwifery Students

The FNM Academic Association for Nursing and Midwifery Students was established as an NGO at IAUKB in 2003 by a group of talented students. Later, in 2012 the association was divided into two separate bodies each functioning for one of the departments. At the present time, they are known as FNM Academic Association for Nursing Students, and FNM Academic Association for Midwifery Students. The associations aim at developing students’ research activities, promoting their interest and contribution to research studies, employing their academic capacities, encouraging cooperation among students at IAUKB, and creating connections with other research centers such as Young Researchers’ Club. Accordingly, the associations aim to fulfill the above-mentioned objectives through holding conferences, workshops, and extra-circular activities, as well as publishing Tapesh Periodical.
